I went shopping the day before Thanksgiving and test drove a 2007 V6 Mustang. I went buying the day after Thanksgiving and test drove a 2006 GT. Bought the GT for the wife's 50th Bday. The MSRP was $28,875 for the GT Premium with Auto Trans, Interior Upgrade, and Front Seat Side Air Bags. I paid the price that the car was advertised in the newspaper for, $20,488 plus tax and license from Ken Grody Ford of Buena Park, California. Great experience until I got to the Finance office. Make sure that you know what you want and don't ever be afraid to tell them NO when they try to up-sell you on all of the extras. Kevin

I just built and paid 24,750 for a 2007 v6 convertible with all the creature comforts. i was curious about the heated seats? do they make a difference? i've never owned a car with them, but when i talk to people with them, they all recommend it, especially with leather seats. any suggestions if i should keep them or not?

HI all. I want to purchase a TorchRed GT/CS sometime between Now and May5th (my wifes birthday), .. so I have some months to look for the best deal. Now, Ford has $1000 rebate, ... and my question is, does anyone know what "deals" might be coming from Ford between now and May? (ie should I buy NOW? or wait a while?) Also, .. I'll have an X-Plan to use when buying, but would like to know which "ways" the finance office will try and add money to the "deal", so I can be ready. Or maybe there's a website that discusses this? thanks in advance for your replies! Happy Holidays! Legion |
