27.9 MPG on recent 1369 mile round trip on I-15, I-210, CA 57, Ball Road, and Harbor Blvd when 49.0 gallons of fuel were consumed with cruise set at 75-76 MPH. EPA Rating is 19 City 26 Highway. Air Conditioner was running most of the trip. Trip computer read 28.6 MPG at end of the trip - slightly higher than the actual mileage. (Sadly, the Odyssey still does not have a trip computer  ). Average gasoline price was $ 4.115 per gallon compared to $ 4.292 on similar trip June 13 - 20. (Gasoline dropped 50 cents per gallon 87 octane in Barstow, Calif from $ 4.579 June 14 to $ 4.079 on August 9th).

Replying to: hansienna (Aug 12, 2008 8:25 pm) Not until you get to the Touring model, I believe. I'd miss it a lot - I love having one, and mine is merely a pedestrian LE model, nothing fancy. To be fair the Ody EX has climate control, so there's your trade off. I'd rather have the trip computer, so that's fine with me, but it's all individual preference. |

The Odyssey has THE MOST Comfortable seats for EVERYONE + The BEST leg room for all 3 rows of seats altho the Sienna does have the largest cargo area behind the 3rd row seat.

Replying to: nvbanker (Aug 31, 2008 4:23 pm) Our 05 T&C sucked, it was fairly quiet and had a nice ride but it does not compare to our Sienna Limited. Also the Odyssey to us had to stiff of a ride and was real loud and annoying after a few minutes of just test driving it. |
