2007 4 Dr EX Automatic   Bought January 24. Getting a consistant 28-29 mpg commuting to work but I do live in a sorta warm weather climate. Love the car but that annoying rattle from the headliner has gotta go. Replying to: tccox (Mar 04, 2007 8:53 am) The dealership replaced my headliner under warranty. Take it back and tell them there is a problem and have them replace it. I have a 2006 EX 4 dr I bought last April and they just replaced the headliner in January.   I live in California and am only getting around 24-26 mpg communting to work. I drive about 19 miles round trip. I just got the class action law suit stuff in the mail regarding the odometer being off by 2 - 4% so I think that would make a little bit of a difference in the mileage. Replying to: sandman46 (Mar 04, 2007 9:51 am) I got a letter in the mail saying I was part of a class action law suit against Honda. On my notice from the United States District Court, Eastern District of Texas, Marshall Division it says go to www.odosettlementinfo.com for more information. It involves Honda or Acura model years 2002 thru 2006 automobiles. They are saying the odometers are over stating the mileage by 2 to 4%. In stead of replacing the odometer they are upping your warranty by 5% or if you leased a vehicle and paid for mileage, they are reimbusing you the difference in the mileage.   Kim

Replying to: sandman46 (Mar 04, 2007 12:09 pm) I got one for our Honda Odyssey. Haven't got anything for the Civic yet. Read about it a while back on an Odyssey forum. Thought it just for the Odyssey, guess not. Basically, you'll get x amount of miles or days extended to your basic 36m/36K mile warranty and for leases some mileage added to the total mileage from what I recall. I also recall that if you had work done that could of been covered under warranty, have the receipt w/ date or mileage and was done in the extended time/mileage. You'll be reimbursed, I THINK.

I got the letter in the mail as well. No biggie to me to be honest, I buy my cars to drive and put mileage on.
