Oohhhh Iseee what you saying now. To me it all Normal gap. I have the same gap in my other car(honda and toyota). My 1997 Honda Accord have a larger gap in the rear. I think it look kinder cool when the back is higher than the front. I'm very satisfy with it look or the way it was built. I assume this don't create any problems with the vehicle. My Honda Civic 2006 have the same gap. To me it create a better air flow at top speed on the freeway and highway.I notice the faster I drive,I get better control and less noise I get from the vehicle front window.

for what its worth, honda is bringing out a 4-door si this fall, identical to the coupe except for a little more weight, retuned suspension (to handle the extra weight) and of course two more doors. i wish had known this last december, i would have eeked out another year from my 94 corolla.

Funny thing too. I was going to buy Si Civic 2006. Instead I buy civic sedan 2006. I didn't or never like the two door vehicle. It too big and sometime feel heavy in weight when open it. Second, I hate it when people with two door have bad habit open too wide and dent other people side door.

doan4u: Thanks for confirming you also have a similar gap difference so I am not comfortable since a few here and a few on another forum just recently confirmed this. No problems with the gaps and operation of vehicle. I just happen to notice very small details and this was one that jumped right out at me. With regards to image posted, when you post, you will see an "IMG" button. You must have your photo(s) hosted somewhere. I host my photos on my own web space that I pay for. Then you just point the IMG link to your host and image name, example "http://www.yourhosting.com/yourfilename.jpg", etc etc.
Hangar: a 4 door SI will be awesome if you ask me.

Only the Si has the limited slip diff, all of the EX, LX and DX owners have to settle for the open diff.

Little black box on the rear windshield.

No 'box' of any sort back there........just the regular heating lines to defrost the back window.

That's too bad. The saleman at the Honda Dealership in Brandford, CT said the EX had limited slip differential.
#4034 of 4597 sunglasses and speedometer display
May 27, 2006 (8:03 am)
I recently purchased an EX. When I wear sunglasses, the speed display is brown (the color of my sunglasses). It makes it hard to read. The dealer said they would reclean the cover, but is appears this may be some quirk with the display and the shape of the plastic display color. Any one else experience this and is there a way to correct it?
