Probably something like $500 a month or something. I think you are paying too much. I got a car m35 (msrp of $50180) with only 35 miles for $41250 OTD. Go to a blue book website, and run the retail/wholesale/private party value calculators with the stats of the vehicle in question. I would rub it in the dealer's face that the manager probably can't afford the gas in this vehicle as it drinks gas like it's going out of fashion and the dealerships can't afford to run these vehicles! LOL. I would go so far as to ask what the manager is driving RIGHT NOW. If it's a smaller, more economical car, then you know times are getting tougher for the dealer. I know, I know...it sounds arrogant, but sometimes you just have to be - especially when you are holding the money and they are holding the "rapidly-depreciating asset".

It might vary due to location, but not by much. You should try and work it around number or be close to it. I just saved you 8k.. The dealer would just make pure profit off you with 40k driveout price, and they know the car is depreciating in value for every mile on that car, but why should you have to pay for their depreciation. I say stick it to them!

I recently purchased that same color vehicle with the same options, brand new with 21 miles on it, and tinted windows for $39,700 drive-out. I'd stick with the advice from alvin and redline. The dealer here is Pittsburgh just does not seem to be offering these kind of deals. Its only 800-1k to transport a car. Or most dealers wont mind picking you up from the airport, and letting you drive away with it. I dont know how Tax and Title would with work since you reside in a different state and purchasing in a different state.   http://thenewcartool.com/   This is a good calculator to see what price you should be paying, similar to TMV, but slightly lower. I think 500 to $1k over that price is generally acceptable.   Holdback on infinitis are 1%, and current rebates are 6000 and market support is 1500.

Here is the breakdown off the work sheet I was given:   2008 M35 Retail Value $48,335.00 Savings $8,348.00 Rebate 0.00 Adjusted Sale Price $39,987.00 Admin Fees $499.00 Sales Sub Total $40,486 Tax $2,454.16 Tire, Batt, Lemon $8.89 Tag Fee $224.00   Net Sales Price $43,173.05   Vehicle Configuration   Auto Nav Tech Package $3,350 Splash Guards $105 Freight $815   This is from the same guy who tells me that they have NO room to move off the national lease deal.
