Yesterday, I purchased the M45 with the Premium package, trunk mat. Got the Liquid Platinum with the Burgundy interior. I am very pleased with the purchase. Reserached sedans in this segment for several months before deciding on the M. Paid $1,000 over invoice at Riverside Infiniti in Riverside, CA. Purchase process was pleasant but a little slow. By passed local Palm Springs Infiniti as they had little selection on hand. Hope this is helpful and now back to some spirited driving. Sam

Well.. after much thought I went to the dealership today to look at a new M45. I came in with the intention of just looking at the black exterier / burbon interior color combo.. i wanted to see how it would look and if i'd like it. I didn't. However.. they sold me on a fully loaded M45 Sport (tech, journey, spoiler, tints) Silver with black interior with wooden paneling. It was the car driven by the the owner of the dealership( as per them...) 2k dealer miles, they gave it to me for the same price they were pushing the base m45 sport with just the journey package : $625 per month with 2800 total due at signing (taxes, fees and everything included) on a 24 month 12k miles lease. I'm picking it up on Thursday

Couple of dealers in texas offered me the following M35 non-sport, journey, splash guard, tint 42830. Also, clear bra for 799. Is it a good price?? |

I am thinking of purchasing an M35 from Infiniti of Charlotte. The knowledge of the salesperson and the quality of the dealership's printed material is not the best. If they are not that impressive when trying to get me to buy the car, how impressive will they be when I need service? I would appreciate any info. from anyone who has purchased a vehicle from this dealership concerning after the sale service.

The local saleman has kept pushing on the deal and when I told him what I had in writting from an Atlanta dealer they changed their tune. I ended up signing doc's today for M45 sport, tech(xm)/Journey, painted splash guards, stone/aluminum interior for 500 over invoice. The dealer wanted the business and I made them "earn it" by beating the offer in Atlanta. Use the data on this forum and go into the dealership well armed and prepared!!!

Replying to: networth (Mar 21, 2006 2:51 pm) The best local deal (at West Houston Infiniti) I can get is 5% above invoice. In Dallas, I can get 2.5% (Sewell). The local dealer is giving me some BS about valuing 2 years of routine maintenance (oil changes) at $750 and arguing that the out of town dealers know they won't have to deliver that service on my sale. Has anyone had a similar experience? I can't imagine buying a $50,000 car and having to pay for oil changes. I've owned a Honda, Lexus, BMW, and currently a Benz. Even the Honda had a better service package than this (free maintenance and loaner). I've heard Benz has dropped their service as well. I'd go back to Lexus if the drive was more energetic... Any advice aside from being hard-nosed with the dealer? I hate the way these guys ruin the buying experience.
