| I just lease a m35 sport with tech and journey they let me have it for $500 over invoice. The final price before tax tag and title was $46368. They tried to make me pay $750 but I got up and left. The followed me out and said they would do it for $500 over invoice. Payment is $600 per month with $3000 upfront. | |

Replying to: dgmoney1 (Feb 25, 2006 6:17 am) Someone else asked about the trade-in. I didn't buy the car off the lot. They didn't have nor could they find what I wanted so I ordered the car around last Thanksgiving. They offered me the invoice price without a trade-in, thought I might try to sell it myself. But I never did really try so when it came time to close the deal, I did do the trade-in. The trade-in price wasn't great. Edmunds said the trade-in price was about 21,500 and they gave me 20,000. But when you consider that the sales tax is figured on the net price, 24,000 instead of 44,000, I saved about $1500 which is pretty much a push. |

My dealer just called to let me know that Infiniti has lowered the residuals and the money factors for March. He claims that the net result is reduced monthly payments. All of this, he says, is because Nissan's fiscal year ends in March so the company wants to have a strong ending for the fiscal year. Best monthly rates I have gotten so far are $609 for a stripped M35x and $648 with journey and nav. In both cases, it would be zero down and 18,000 miles. Either way, I'll be waiting until the latter part of the month to complete my deal and I'm wondering whether there's any trutb to what he has told me. Many thanks for thoughts on this.

I'm looking at leasing an M35 Sport w/ Journey, Tech, and Aero. This forum has been a great resource, however I've been having trouble finding the best parameters for the lease.. what are the current residual values being used on the cars, and what is the MF I should be looking for? I found a deal is $435 + tax w/ $2200 cap reduction + tax and lic. fees upfront on a base model m35 for a 24month lease. I havn't been able to get a hold of the person yet to discuss pricing for the exact model I want.. but that seems to be a reasonable deal. |

Hey Car_Man - Needing help with numbers on leasing an M35x with Journey, Tech, Aero, and Full Spare. MSRP is $52540. Through VPP I can get it for $48003. Lease terms I am looking at are 39 months and 10K miles per year. I am being quoted $669.50/mth with $1850 down. Payment and down include 1st month, taxes (7.525%), tags, and all other fees. Residual is 59%. What do you come up with these figures? Thanks in advance for the help. Dan
