I had same problem with my ac it was a relay under the hood it cost me around $60.00 from dealership I put it in myself b/c it just a plug in fuse pretty much just a lot bigger than regular fuse.

If you ever changed a cars oil once you get underneath your rio you will see. But make sure you take the extra time to take off the bottom plastic protector cause oil will get all over it and end up getting dirt and grim all over it and it will look nasty next time you go change it
