My dealer adds on $150 advertising fee, $160 training fee, and $400 for "prep and mats." This is in addition to the invoice price found on edmunds.com. The dealer would absolutely not negotiate these fees. Is this common?

If he won't negotiate the fees, then lower your offering price, now that you know those fees are added. You always have the option of not buying. regards, kyfdx |

So I had to rely on this dealership, and the sales guy to get me the car from quite a few hundred miles away... If this deal he is currently working on falls through, I will go to someone else.

Hi I'm going to lease a 3.0 Z4 tomorrow afternoon. The MSRP is 46820 and the final price is 38000. Please let me know if you have any Idea about the lease price for this car. 2000$ down, 6% tax (NJ), 36 month, 12000 or15000 mile. Thanks

If you do that, I get $515 for 12K/yr and $540 for 15K/yr including tax. If things get sticky in negotiations, they have at least another $1000 to play with on that price... Don't let them add any extra BS fees to your deal.

Hi Has anybody here bought a car through an online auction? I found this place that finds local auctions and cheap repossesed cars through govt. auctions http://wwwcheapcarfinder.com/cgi-bin/car-auction-in-georgia.htm Acura
