Replying to: grandy (Dec 01, 2004 2:01 pm) If they are saying it was an error at the factory then I would demand to speak to the Chrysler District Manager. If it was a factory error then he should work with you to make it right. If it's the dealer screwing you over, then he should be made aware of that too. Don't let this go without a fight. |

| I took my 300C in to my dealer yesterday for my first oil change ($26.99). As I was waiting, I went to the showroom a talked to my sales guy. They had 4 C's in stock as well as a 2 Limiteds 2 Tourings and a base. He told me that the current hold-up on new orders is the 5.7 Hemi. Chrysler can't make them fast enought because they're now available in the new Grand Cherokee and those are selling very well. 300C + Jeep + Durango + Ram + Magnum = shortage. | |

I was expecting a 16 week wait, but my 300C arrived in exactly 9 weeks. All options except wood, smoke and pedals. I picked it up on December 20. No problems yet, but the u-connect didn't work a couple times. It's working now, but I'll keep my eye on it. It's better than I expected. |

I placed my order here in California on 11/10/04 and just received my car today 1/15/05. Its a fully loaded 300c AWD. Dealer tells me that there are no more slots for the AWD for this model year and that I likely lucked out to get this one. Overall the order experience really could not have been much better. Dealer has 5 300s in stock due to non-delivery. (main reason he said was 4 month order wait made buyers impatient) Paul
