I contacted you through this service a few months ago with a request for tires for my 2001 BMW 530 i . Your suggestion for my parameters was the Michelin PS2, I recently had them installed through one of your installers and I want to thank you for your effort. These tires make this bimmer very happy. The tires were not even a thought at the time I wrote so thanks again for all your hard work ,research, knowledge and helpfulness. |

In reference to message number 1288, I had a question. I am shopping for tires for my 2004 Accord EX 4cyl sedan. Stock tires are the Michelin 205-60/16 MXV4's. Hate them. Poor cornering and horrible on wet roads. In the previous post, you say Honda only requres an H rated tire. Where is that published? The owners manual and door jamb sticker in my car both specify 205-60/16's with a V speed rating. I understand that V rated tires might be overkill for this car, but on the other hand, that's what the book calls for, as far as I can tell. I'm considering the Bridgestone G009, LS-V (H?) or BFG Traction T/A. Please let me know what you think. |

| From reading the TireRack article regarding purchasing 2 tires at a time, the recommendation is to put the new tires in the rear and older tires on the front. This would imply to me that the tires could never be rotated. Is this correct? | |

| My friend is thinking of buying a used 2002 Mazda Protege 5 from a private party. It has 44k miles on it. Currently the tires on the car are Kumho Ecsta Supra P195/50/16 tires. Are these strictly summer tires or will this handle snow also? Could you recommend an all season tire for this vehicle? Thanks. | |
| Hello, Connor. Do you know when we can anticipate the next rebate or other promotion for the Bridgestone Alenza? Thank you in advance. | |

Hi Connor, I emailed you at the beginning of the year about the Dunlop 225/60R17 runflats on my 2004 Toyota Sienna AWD- We got 16,463 miles out of the original set before they were shot, but the local Goodyear dealer plead our case and we got a semi good deal on another set- with no other reasonable options, we bought the 2nd set at the end of January (05). Now November is here, we have put 15,337 miles on the 2nd set, and guess what, the tires are getting noisier by the mile and are almost shot. So... Any suggestions on viable "run flat" replacements for these Dunlops?? Appreciate your help |

| The Bridgestone runflats on my 2005 Lexus sc430 are rough on bumps. Are there any that are smoother? | |

I have the same question as carguy1234... I am also frustrated by the minimal number of options available to replace the stock Bridgestone 235-65-16 tires on my 2003 Saturn VUE AWD 6-cylinder 5-speed automatic. Several tires recommended by sites and Consumer Reports are not available in this size. I really like the Hankook Optimo H418 for example. Can a guy go with a 235-60 or 235-70 x sixteens? |
