I just leased an 07 Pathfinder LE with Navi (sticker price around 39K) with the following deal: $1000 total at signing $418 per month (includes tax of 7% in my county) 39 months 12K miles per year I got mine at Team Nissan in Marietta, GA. Did I get a good deal? |

I need advice. I'm interested in purchasing 2007 Pathfinder SE and visited a dealer and received the following price and options: $29,200 plus taxes(8.125 - NY) and license fee, Comfort Package Premiun Package Runningboard Splash Guards Sunroof Deflector Body Side Molding The color is Red Brawn and interior is desert cloth. I actually wanted leather interior but it seems they are hard to come by. Is this good price or can I do better. He did have three on his lot. I appreciate your input. |

So we purchased an 07 Pathfinder last week that was on a different lot so it needed to be delivered. We also had them replace the XM radio with Sirius. Since it took them a couple of days to get the Sirius in stock and installed my wife picked up the car on Friday night and did the look over. When she brought it home I saw that the tires had the white outline writing facing out, something that I don't really like. When I called our salesman he implied that we would have to pay to have the tires flipped so that black wall side of the tires faced out. What are your all thoughts on this? I assumed that they would handle this without a charge, Thanks! |

The Dealer def. got you good! 1. Factory defaults all tires/wheels to be "whitewall" 2. Should have done that "walk-around" before delivery (your false) 3. Dealer does not obligate to do it for FREE, they owe you nothing. 4. Cost money anywhere to get that type of work done on tires/wheels. 5. Pay them and cut your loss! IMHO

| I'm looking at both used and new Pathfinders. I have quote requests out to a few dealers. But I'm wondering about a 2007 SE at a local dealer that is a program vehicle. It has the towing package and comfort package and is in very nice (near mint) condition. Ideally I wanted leather, but this is a pretty nice-looking vehicle regardless. It has 26k miles on it. The sticker is $27,900. What do you think is a good OTD price? I was thinking $24k? Is that realistic? I'm just getting started and trying to learn. Thanks! | |

I did some research on the safety of the 2005 and on Nissan Pathfinder and it received a 4-star frontal crash rating. Does anyone know why? According to the rating, a 5-star has a 10% or less of a serious injury. a 4-star has 10-20%. My next question would be, would the 4-star rating be closer to the 10% or 20%? I wonder if this vehicle just missed the 5-star rating? Please help as this is one of the deciding factors for purchasing this vehicle!
