Replying to: fintail (Oct 07, 2009 11:43 am) Truly insane money but a decent enough kid. Was trying to trade in a beat 335i hard top vert that was probably the second or third sold in the state. He had managed to do a number on the paint in 8,000 miles though.

Replying to: british_rover (Oct 07, 2009 2:35 pm) When I worked at my old Honda dealer, there was a lot boy working at another dealer across the street for $8/hour, but he was driving a brand new black Land Rover Sport, right when they just came out. Crazy.

Replying to: british_rover (Oct 07, 2009 2:35 pm) I remember the guy I knew would see me using a squeegee to dry the old non-clearcoat paint on the fintail - so the first time his new car got wet, he did the same thing. Put a big scratch right down the hood. He took it back and begged the dealer to buff it out, which they did. |

saw my first 'on the road' Ford GT. White with blue stripes. then in the parking lot at Lowes, a new Camaro, a new Challenger r/t, a Charger r/t, and a Mustang GT500. it's October in New England and I am in the home improvement store parking lot. felt weird. |

Saw one of those new retractable roof Ferraris this morning...loafing along a suburban arterial at maybe 10 under the limit, older driver. What's the point?

Web site not available? I'm worried about the company already. |

The website is not working and I think this is the wrong thread for it anyways. If you guys want some exposure you should contact Edmunds and either get them to review and test drive your vehicle, or put in some paid ads For $14k - $15k I'd rather buy: A Kia Forte, Rio, or Soul and have a 10 year warranty A Hyundai Accent or Elantra A base Ford Focus or Nissan Versa A Dodge Caliber or even a Chevy Aveo A Smart car. All of the above come from an established manufacturer, with some sort of a decent warranty, and most important, they look like normal vehicles with 4 wheels. Plus I'd feel much safer in the above than in a 3 wheel golf cart thingy. Even the smart car is priced less, offers decent fuel economy, and was engineered by Mercedes. Maybe your product would do better if it's priced at the $7k-$8k mark. PS: you spelled Seabring wrong. It should be Sebring. |
