LOL...that thing makes me laugh. Something an oil-rich 80s Sheikh would ride in.

It certainly isn't on the road today.

That's gotta be a one off, and you're right, it's probably abandoned somewhere in an LA backyard or garage.

Would have been a good Cash for Clunkers candidate. I am surprised Maserati hasn't offered to buy back all 80s models simply to destroy the evidence.

Today, I saw what I am pretty sure was a CL65 AMG rather than a CL63, which I see now and then. The trim and wheels seemed a little different. What a big sexy tank...grille and headlights seem a little odd to me sometimes, but I wouldn't kick it out of my garage.

Also saw an X6, white.

Love the CL, very menacing. Gobs of class.

Saw not one but two of these driving home yesterday.

Then I saw a Maserati coupe. Boy have they come a long way since the 80s.

Coming in this morning saw yet another new Prius. They're all over the place here in DC.

in the news. Someone here crashed a new GT-R by driving it into a bank. What a waste. I have a feeling it was a young spoiled kid (we have many of them in Vancouver).

Forgot to post when this happend, but last week when I was at a Nissan dealer, they had one on the floor. While waiting on my salesperson, I checked it out pretty thoroughly, sat in it, etc. I thought everything about it was impressive... except they forgot one VERY important detail. A telescoping steering wheel. Call me crazy, but I think that's unacceptable in a car with that pricetag, especially since it means I can't drive one comfortably!

They're called I think "satellite kids" Parents send them gobs of money from overseas, and they spend them on condos and fancy cars.

Most are spoiled, some are actually hard workers and smart students.
