We had the smart for about 3 - 4 years nowin Canada and I think it does make a good promotional vehicle as it's different so it stands out, good on gas (we had the diesel here) and it's inexpensive to buy.

Spotted a green Zebra of all things tonight.   Like the smart car I saw the other day, this one was being used as an ad car. With 4 doors, it looks more practical than a smart. Until you wanted to go more than 25 miles at 40 mph anyway.
