It's almost impossible to offer an opinion on the OTD price you mention without some additional info....
While OTD (out-the-door) price is the bottom line, the car's actual price (before tax, tag/registration, title and any fees) is necessary to evaluate just how good the deal is! Sales tax varies greatly from state to state and it alone can make a difference of $1000+ on a $20,000 car (if the tax rate varies by 5% or more)! To a a lesser degree, the tag, title and other fees (if any) can also vary by location.
Do you know what the price of the car is before the tax, tag and title? If not, what is the tax rate in your location for new cars? And where are you located? Car prices can fluctuate significantly from one region to another.
For the record, the 0% APR Financing is available on cars purchased from dealer stock before 6/30/10, so there's about 10 days left before it expires.
Using my geographic area (Atlanta, GA), I'm seeing a price of $24,465 - $24,682 plus tax, tag and title. The price range is based on TrueCar.com's "Lowest Certified Price", Edmunds True Market Value (TMV) and CarsDirect.com's guaranteed price. I live in a county with a 6% sales tax rate, which would make the total at least $25,933. With tag and title, my OTD the price would be just under $26,300. These figures are all based on a 2010 Mazda3 s 5-door Grand Touring, Automatic with Bose/Moonroof Package and Technology Package with an MSRP of $26,285.

I'm at Southern CA [San Bernardino, Riverside area]..
The price of the car before TTL fees was $24,080, which I was told to be $700 dollars below invoice due to Costco pricing.
So, it's true then? 0% ends at 6/30/10? gah... so I have less time to think about it then.
I looked at Truecar.com, and after choosing the options that was in the car, I saw that this deal is below invoice [$24,658], and also below dealer cost [$24,314].. I guess it's a good deal then; but, yeah.. the zero down, zero interest deadline is kinda scaring me. I don't want to miss out on the deal. Do you think that the deal will come back? or will this be the end of it?
Thanks again!

I'm sure there will be some incentives after 6/30/10 to help move more 2010 models before the 2011s roll in. But there's no guarantee that one of those incentives will be the current 0% APR for 60 months!
Selection of color/option combos will also be more limited two months from now, which is a drawback. The GT 5-door w/ AT, Tech Pkg and Bose/Moonroof Pkg isn't the easiest car to locate even now, especially if you have a specific color preference. Mazda shows a total of 190 Mazda3 s 5-door models within 50 miles of San Bernadino. Of those, 36 are Grand Touring models with A/T. And just 14 of those 36 Grand Touring models have both the Tech & Bose/Moonroof Pkg.
It's a very good deal just at that price alone, but the 0% APR financing makes it an awesome deal....one that I wouldn't pass up! =)

#4563 of 5103 how's this price on a 3s sport auto sedan?

Hi guys -- I've got an offer of $19,900 OTD with the 0% financing (and all weather floormats thrown in. Heh). It's for the base model 3s sport auto sedan w/ no options. The price includes the $500 loyalty discount. I'm in PA, so tax was 6%. (Back calculating based on reg fees of ~$200 and 6% tax gives a selling price of $18,585, I guess.) Good? Bad? Ok?
Another thing: do Truecar's (and Edmunds') examples/averages of what people are paying already include those who are getting the $500 loyalty discount? Or do I need to subtract $500 from the truecar/edmunds values to compare to my offer?
Thanks for any thoughts.

So you can subract 500 off the truecar price. The only thing you have to keep in mind with truecar is on some vehicles its including dealercash and that may be not be combined with special financing. On the 3 this month you dont have to worry about that but a couple of months ago it was 750 dealermoney vs 0 percent but now its 0 and 500 So keep that in mind now on being worried about inventory I dont know how other markets are doing but here in tampa all but on store hit there 3rd tier objective last month and we are still getting deliveries weekly. I would say be careful and keep your eye on inventory. The problem with waiting too long is the dealers get big headed like when we got the 2k rebates on 09's right before 10s came out we sold them all for sticker honestly except for a demo. It comes the point when there are no other cars out there and they know if you want it you dont have a choice. Here is the perfect example we had 19 hard top silver miatas in turmoil getting yelled at 200 days old oh no. Mazda came out with 5000 rebate most you got off was 1000 now prior to that we would take sell it below invoice.

Just got quoted $295/mo OTD for a 10K mi/yr lease, nothing due at signing. Car would be registered in NYC. Seems like a good deal, would appreciate people's thoughts. Thanks!!!

How long is the lease (months)?
Have you leased a vehicle before? Are you sure you won't exceed 10k/yr?

first time leasing. Actually got the car today. It was 36mo, zero chance i'll exceed 10Kmi. Hopefully it's a good deal, may have gotten hit on the fees a bit, but oh well. It's the exact car i wanted and was tough to find.
