| I was just wondering if you still are paying off your car and wanted to trade-in or lease a new car would it work like this? Whatever the current value of the car is - the amount still owed = what can be used as a trade-in value/down payment (current value kbb $14680 - 10,000 = $4680 to be used)? Then is the rest of what is owed added to the price of the new car? How would it work for a lease? Thanks in advance, just wanted to make sure i understand everything correctly. | |

So far, I have a quote from Riverside Mazda for $16,295 and nobody wants to go lower. The tax rate in OC is 7.75%. It might be less in Riverside. I appreciate any help you can give me. You got a great deal!

Hi All, I was wondering how much dealer would discount below invoice on a Mazda3 s touring automatic? I am eligible for the x-plan, which I believe is invoice pricing. Since I can always get the car at invoice, I'm debating between waiting for the 2009's or seeing if I can get a better price on the 2008's. Thanks! |

Replying to: kdiesel (Aug 01, 2008 5:18 pm) This was in the San Diego, CA. I Called several dealers to see where I could get the better deal. None wanted to give me an over the phone quote lower than $18200 Out the door. Wescott Mazda did say over the phone that they would beat any price I could find. Only they did not wanted to go back and forth. I did not end up buying it there... I'm sure I could of got a lower price if I settled for a different color. Hope this info helps. This forum helped me A LOT! saving me hundreds of dollar$!
