It's not listed within the current Mazda incentives because the model year I bought was 2004, not 2005. But, I did find a link to the 2004 incentives on the page link that you included with your question:

I qualified for the Mazda S-Plan because a friend that is a Ford employee signed me up for the Ford X-Plan through their Friends & Neighbors program. The Mazda S-Plan prices are very close to dealer invoice. But, when I went to my dealer on 4/30 I found that the dealer was willing to sell 2005 models at around dealer invoice prices without the need for S-Plan. I think that once you tell them that you're "Ford X-Plan" or "Mazda S-Plan" you're locked into that price, so it could be a disadvantage if the dealer is already predisposed to deal with you on price.
Follow the link below to see Mazda S-Plan prices on 2005 models:

You're right. We're really loving the color now, as does everyone we show it to. My son's reaction to the car - "This car is totally sweet." I don't think I could have expected a stronger endorsement. BTW, the MSRP on the car was $19,815, so we got $3,800 off sticker, and the extra $204 was the dealer's "processing fee".

Hi, youre hard work paid off! Awesome! I was wondering if you could recommend any dealers in the st.louis, area that are tolerable to work with . I have been trying to set up the best price on a Mazda3 per internet commun. I am not familiar with all of the Mazda dealerships, any recommendations?

In some rare cases you might be able to do a bit better than the supplier prices...You know if mercury lines up with jupiter and pluto just right you might be able to squeek out a couple extra dollars but it isnt "typical".
Take the s-plan or GMS price and drive away knowing you got a great deal and it only took a few easy minutes.

How much have folks been paying for the Special Edition models?
The MSRP on a SP with no options is $19245 and the invoice is $18028. How does $410 above invoice ($18438) sound?

Paid $17,827 for 3S 4dr with alt, abs/sab/sac and wheel locks.. titinium grey.
Add 6% PA sales tax and that's all she wrote. Dealer gave me $600 for trade on GEO Prizm with 168K on odometer. I thought that was fair even thought the GEO was the greatest car ever produced. How did I do? Can recomend John Kennedy
dealership in Norristown PA. No nonsense, felt they were entitiled to $250 (+/-) over invoice.
