Hello, Jackie!

You've just recently bought your Mini? Are they selling like hotcakes over there too?

Help....I would love to become a Mini Owner but would need a dealer to service it within driving distance of Central Arkansas. Please let me know where to find a list of service centers or dealers in the United States....Thanks, Antoinia

Try the MiniUSA website, it has a list of all the mini dealers.

My MINI COOPER experience by minigirl1

I purchased a 2005 Mini Cooper Convertible in September of 2004. The Sales service was terrific! This was my first expensive new car and driving it was such a joy! However, I just sold it a little over a year later because of the horrible service at Tom Bush Mini in Jacksonville, FL. The countless hours my husband and I have spent on the issues cost us more than the car! I had my car in the shop more in a year than in my 36 years owning cars! Example, car is pulling to the right, service department says it's the roads in FL and will not do an allignment. After nagging them about it over several months, they take the car in and say nothing's wrong. A year later, my tires are worn because the car was out of allignment. They want me to purchase new tires at $300+ a pop! Took it in for first oil change, they didn't put all the parts back in place and we noticed after we picked it up, it had some odd rattling noises. Took a week to get another appointment and they fixed that but now there was a new rattle. I refuse to waste any more time on details, if you're interested, post a question but I sold it Saturday and WHAT A RELIEF! NEVER again for us. Tom Bush has lost us, our family, and our friends from any future business. Unfortuanately for me, I have to go in to cancel the warrenty - I'm sure that experience will be as unpleasant as all the rest.

Hello, my name is Mike and I recently purchased a 1967 Mini Cooper S. It has been in storage since 1974.Does anyone know of a reliable party in the St. Paul, MN area where I can have my Mini worked on ?

Thank you, Mike

PS I'm looking for a private party rather than a dealer.

There are other places where you can get help with this, but probably not here. Unfortunately it's against the rules to post websites (although in this instance I don't see how it could be considered competing with this website). If you do a google search, you'll find them though--specify classic mini; there is a site specializing in the classic Mini for North America. There is a devoted, almost fanatical following, and you'll get help there. Edmunds is great, but it's really only about the new Mini.

I'd love to get a classic Mini someday too--just bought a "new" mini (2006 MCS), and love it--good luck with the classic, I'm big time jealous!
