Replying to: ryan456789 (Dec 05, 2006 12:30 am) On my brand new 2001 century, already had a click. The dealer shop and every service technician i have spoken with about it since, says this is nothing to worry about. Just a nuisance! Also, brakes have always squeaked a little in humid conditions.

Replying to: mprdave (Jan 25, 2007 8:10 am) went to a dealership they think its either bad piston slap or a rod... they said it could last 5 days or 5 years, but so far it really hasnt gotten worse and its been about 2,000 miles since the post.

My 94 Century 3.1 has developed a cold! In cold weather the starter solenoid won't work, just a clicking sound and the car has a brand new battery. If I jump the solenoid posts the car will start easily. Once warmed up the car starts with no problems, until I let the car sit and it gets cold. Do I have to remove the starter to remove the solenoid?

Replying to: buickmomma (Dec 29, 2006 1:48 pm) I'm sure you found the reset button by now, but this may help others. The reset button for a Buick Century 2000> is located in the fuse box inside the car. It must be held for 3 sec.
