Why not just go buy from the first dealer who had the exact car you want, and it was the dealer with whom you worked? (Richard, note that I didn't end my sentence with a preposition I don't understand buyers, and completely understand how frustrated the good salepeople get.

Lets face one fact, the current environment of car sales is a creation of the seller, not the buyer.
