| Is anyone having light problems on their 05 Endeavor? I've been having to change out the headlights continuously ever since I bought the car in 06. The light is always burning out. | |
| Anybody have any issues with a 'twitchy' throttle body or air mass sensor (hope I got that last one right)? I had throttle body issues with my old 2002 Escape and I seem to be having the same with my 04 Endeavor XLS AWD. Starts off with a little jump and when you take your foot off the gas it seems to float for a few seconds and then drop way down. Not at all smooth transitions like when she was new. Tried the can-in-the-gas-tank cleaner to no avail. Use nothing but 91 octane fuel. Ideas, opinions, etc. welcome. Thanks all, Nick. | |

| 05 Endeavor turns but won't go over, no electricity to fuel pump. Srayed ether in and started it so leads me to think it is an electrical problem linked to the fuel pump any ideas? | |

Problem 1 - I drive a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor and about a month ago I noticed that my buttons to work the radio (switching from AM/FM - presets, scan, seek, etc) were all beginning to not work properly. Now, I can only listen to one AM station or I can listen to a CD so long as I don't try to skip to a song because then it acts like its skipping. Basically all I have is - Volume, power, AM, and eject. I spoke with a dealer (not original one... that's a long story) and I was told I might need a new head unit for my radio. Can someone please tell me what that is, and what it costs? Has anyone else ran into these issues? The car is only 5 years old and already the radio is taking a dump!? Probem 2 - I have been reading up on how lots of people are having the same issue I am having with the high pitch whining noise after hitting above 30 mph. I thought it was my brake pads so I had them replaced, still doing it. So... if it is this propeller shaft thing what does something like that cost to replace and what exactly is this part, can I buy it and replace it myself? Any help would be awesome!!! Thanks!! |

I have been advised by a local auto parts store that plugged my 2005 Endevour into their computer that my Mass Air Flow Sensor is the problem. My question is first simple, is that mass air flow sensor located right above the Air Fitler with the plug in it? If yes it seems like it should be rather easy to do myself, rather then pay a dealership $180 to do it.
