My daughter has the above vehicle. According to the dealership, the Blender Door Actuator has a bad switch causing intermittent interruptions to the heating and cooling system. (Sometimes the heating or air conditioning works, sometimes not).   They indicated that the only solution was to replace the entire unit at a total cost of $1,800.   I would appreciate any input, experiences, etc. anyone has had on this issue. It seems like a very expensive repair.   Thank you.

after taking my truck in and waiting a month for a new paint job i have noticed the back glass has been changed out and also doesn't stay shut the battery has been changed out and now it wont start is there a rep for mits i can contact to help because mits in Slidell La is where i had these problems start and now they wont even call me back i feel i have been rooked by the dealer someone please help Replies to this message: mikevegas06 (Jan 23, 2008 4:26 am)

I have a 2007 Endeavor LS and it is barely a year old. A couple of days ago we noticed that the rear tailight was out, so we changed the bulb. I usually leave my headlights on, but after my husband changed the bulb he turned the lights off. When I got in to drive I noticed that whenever I used my left turn signal, the entire dashboard would blink. This also happened when I came to a complete stop. On the exterior the turn signal works fine when the headlights are off, but when I turn the headlights on and try to use the turn signal all the exterior rear lights flash. We also noticed that the rear yellow turn light continuously stays on. No problems with the right turn signal. Please help, we are overseas and do not have access to a dealership. Replying to: monet1173 (Jan 30, 2008 11:02 am) I have had this problem before and it was because of the wrong type of light bulb. If the bulb you replaced was intended for a two filiment bulb and you replaced it with one, this will happen as the turn signal will close the loop for your dash lights and everything will blink. I would just put a two filiment bulb in place and it should be fine.

Replying to: ksm22 (Jan 30, 2007 7:36 pm) I bought a new Endeavor AWD LS in 2005, it was a great tow vehicle. I purchased the bolt on factory hitch. There were many ways to wire in a new harness, but they all involved cutting wires and splicing which I am not big on. So I broke down and paid the $55.00 for the plug in kit made by the factory. All you do to install it is pop of the left rear side panel and plug in the adaptor, it comes with all necessary materials and directions. I know that I paid alot for it but it never caused any problems. I sold the vehicle and purchased another one, a 2006 Endeavor AWD Limited. Again, I ended up purchasing the darn adapter, but I purchased the hitch directly from Curtis Mfg. and installed myself, saving a nice piece of change. I know that we all hate to spend unnecessarily, but when it comes to electrical wiring, these new vehicles are very sensitive to electrical modifications, etc., it might be easier, saving time and problems down the road to just buy the factory wiring adaptor. I am towing a 20' Regal boat on an aluminum trailer, the GVW for the boat and trailer is around 3000 lbs. I noticed after driving my wife who was driving the SUV that one of the rear light is brighter than the other. We are not talking about just a little brighter but a lot. It is as bright as when she hit the break. Therefore if she hits the break, the other light will become as bright as the first one. Somehow for that one light, it is stuck at the brake light intensity.   Has anyone experience this? Is this due to an incompatible bulb? Replies to this message: angelasig (Apr 22, 2009 12:30 pm)
