When posting a message in the Town Hall, you may mention the name of the dealership and its location only. Names of salespeople and contact information (email/phone numbers) are not allowed, nor is bird-dogging for referral fees. Steve, Host |

If the typical residual is 60% on and X5 why are 02 (coming off 3/36k leases) priced in the high $30ks. Let's say MSRP on a 3.0 is ~$49500 (Premium, cold, rear, xenon, lumbar) The residual to the dealer is $29700 Add on a generous $2000 for CPO and the car should be priced in the low $30ks. What is a reasonable over 'invoice' on a CPO'd car if you can calculate the dealer cost? |

I am looking for an X5 4.4i with sport, cold weather, nav, park distance, premium. MSRP: $60,145 Selling Price: $58,235 2005 X5 4.4 36 mos./12K miles/yr. $874.61/month $1499.61 due at signing (security waived) 2.75% money factor 60% residual ($36087.00) This doesn't sound like too good a deal, espically when they are making over 3k on the car! Any help out there on this???

I come up with $899 + tax. Car_man on the Lease questions board may be able to verify your MF and residual numbers. regards, kyfdx |

A midwestern newspaper would like to talk with someone who, in the past month, bought a luxury vehicle (other than a Lexus) for which no incentives were available. Please reply to jfallon |
