30,500 miles, paid 28500, cpo, with .90 per cent financing. black on black upgraded leather, brand new tires and first two payments on bmw.. sound like a good deal?

I'm looking at a loaded X5 4.8 i - MSRP of $69500. Was offered 4K discount off MSRP, 3 year lease 12Kmiles, money factor .00190, LEV 59%. Monthly rental of $910. Seems like the interest rate is high, and the discount could be better. Anyone have any experience with a similar vehicle? Any thoughts or experiences are appreciated!

I told them no way and ended up with the .0015 money factor. The one regret that I had is letting them stick me for the security deposit, oh well, it is refundable in 3 yrs..
