2006 Infiniti M35- Power windows roll down by themselves

I live in a apt with a remote control gate and when I went to start my M35 this morning I found all the windows rolled down but nothing was taken. This is the second time in a month this has happened without anything being stolen.
Is this being caused by a rigged remote control for the gate or is there another problem? Anyone with similar stories?

After locking my 2006 M35 I returned to it 30" later and found all the windows open. I decided I must have accidently hit something on my car key to cause the problem. Never happened again.

If you hold the unlock button on the remote, it not only unlocks the doors, it will open all of the windows. Depending on what is in your pockets, or where you place the remote, it is possible that button could have been pressed long enough for that to happen. I know I've activated the panic button on mine accidentally while it was in my pocket.

My windows opened in the middle of the night while I was sleeping, I didn't touch the remote. When I went into the parking lot in the morning, the gate was half way open, and all 4 windows were down so it had something to do with the remote or whatever someone was using to try to open the gate. Nothing was taken from my car luckily.

I keep hearing 2010. By the way, this month's 24 mo lease is much cheaper than a 36 month one on the M35....and you can lease an M35x for less than you would pay for a comparable M35, even though it's a more expensive car.

Hi, the redesign came for 08 which consisted of new front and rear bumpers and lots of chrome accents. Different lights on back more better looking not as big and bulky as the 07, the inside tach meter lights have been changed from orange to this violet color and white which looks a lot more luxurious, and a few more things at the moment I can't remember. The 08 M had body work done to it which makes it look different than the 07. Now for the 09 M that will be here in the fall I have not heard anything about it yet normally it would be out like now but for some reason they have not released any info on it. When I called my dealership in Raleigh NC. and asked about the 09 M they had no clue what was going to be done to it. So hopefully they are doing engine and transmission work now which I read for the 2010 M they are puting the engine and transmission from the 09 fx50 into the M but get this I read last night that they are bring back the Q45 in 2009 what's up with that. It is said to also have the 5.0L 390hp engine from the 09 fx50 too. I am still waiting to here it out of infiniti's mouth but being that the 09 M is coming out in september I am wanting till them to get mine that way they should have improved on some of the errors they made on the 08 M. If you want to see what the 08 M looks like go to youtube and type in 2008 infiniti M45x review and this guy will tell you everything that has change and you will get to see the whole car from inside out.

Front end damage

I bought a 2006 M35 that had a lot of front end damage and none of the missing parts came with the car. The body shop is telling me they can't figure out how to finish putting it together. They're getting hung up some engine parts, the electrical and the incidental small stuff. They've even been talking to a technician at the dealer, but still can't seem to get it together properly. It's hard to believe they can't finish it with the dealers help. If I didn't know the guy personally, I'd think I was getting the run around. Where can I get exploded views (or other types of pictures or documents) that will help them get my car together? My other alternative is to bring my friend's M35 to the body shop for a day. But that's a huge inconvenience.
