You want to make sure that all the gasoline that may have seeped into the oil burns off, and that the water is all evaporated out of the exhaust system. If you drive it, be careful about picking up road salt. I'd probably just disconnect the battery, put it on a Battery Tender, toss a cover over it, and come back in March or April. But that's just me. Good luck!

The Mustang GT not only made Road and Track's best 12 cars under $30,000, but is singled out as one of the best of the bunch. |

I just turned 10,000 miles on my '05 GT. Bought it brand new w/ 4 miles on Jan 1, 2005. Was kind of hoping I could stretch it all the way to the 2 year mark before tripping the 5th digit. |

Put Mobil 1 in my GT. Recommend it highly. Definitely runs smoother. A tad more power. No wonder new Vettes come with it in their engines. |

Have always run a synthetic in every new vehicle I've gotten. Usually Mobil 1SS but Pennzoil and Castrol as well (PepBoy's auto chain frequently offers rebates that brings the per bottle price to $1.99). Wife's 06 4Runner has it now as did her 03. Switched to WalMart syn |

Autoweek has an article that is about the future of the Mustang. And mentions they are considering a sedan version. And also a wagon? link title
