Replying to: met4 (Jul 06, 2009 5:26 pm) The invoice on the E350 as per edmunds is 50.3k and the TMV is 43.8k Plus there is a10k manuf to dealer rebate...The dealer can pass this to the buyer or keep it to himself...In this economy,,,he would pass it on to you.. Replying to: deltheking (Jul 07, 2009 2:31 pm) Thanks for the response. The confusion is that Edmunds states that they take into consideration the dealer marketing money in their TMV. I thought the same as you. So I offered the dealer 40K. No answer yet.

Does anyone know how often Edmunds gets data for TMV pricing? I'm curious since i'm looking at buying a 2010 which came out about 6 weeks ago. The TMV price strikes me as high, if it only gets updated monthly than it may reflect just the first few that the dealers got which (while they still had 09's) on the lot.
