I ended up buying the car. The MSRP was $53378 (included dealer adds of $590 for pinstrip and rear window tint). I calculated the invoice price is about $45484 plus whatever the real cost is for the pinstrip and rear window tint.

$46900 with the options listed in message #600 plus the dealer addition (pinstripe and back window tinting). Price is before TTL.

Hi, I wanted to find out if this is the going rate for 2005 GX 470 lease in NY (long island).
3rd row seating
Mark Levinson Audio
Navigation System
$1800 down (delivery fee, etc)
$597/mo (includes taxes) for 32mos.
 
Is it right on target? High/Low? Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

You said the term is 32 months correct?
What is the residual?
MSRP?
Capitalized cost?
Lexus of Southhampton?
And I believe you said $1800 down?
 
I really apreciate your time. I haven't been to a dealership in my area yet, Wash DC/Northern VA, but I will update you with any pricing I receive.
