Would be pretty tough to get your head up there with an airbag. You can see why cars are so expensive with some of their rules. Replying to: dmathews3 (Sep 22, 2008 4:45 am) The recall/home fix will make the HHR a problem vehicle according to that misguided rag Consumer Reports.   I remember a couple years ago they gave a Chevy Astro van a bad rating just because it was recalled for a seat belt warning buzzer that was less than a half second off from going on. Took my car in for regular state inspection and the ODB-II wont power on. It shows no power- could it be a blown fuse to the connector? What can cause this? How can it be fixed?
