Has anybody gotten a reasonable deal from any dealers in Northern California? How about using Costco? |

I faxed a 15 different dealers looking for V6, 4x2, 3rd row seat, Curtain and side airbags, and DR Lights with Nautical Blue ext. and ash int. One called me and said the 4x2s don't come with third row or airbags, only the 4x4. Is this true? I figure with my options and 4x4 a good price should run around 24,500. Any comments?

My with package B and other options is $26,000. Some suggestions for Rav4 buyers: 1)don't try to go to the biggest car dealer in town. In most cases,they have so much customers wanting a Rav4 and they don't care if they sell it to you or not 2)Try to go on weekdays instead of weekend. Because they make less sells on weekdays, they will work more on the price to increase the number of weekday sells. 3)Ask the car dealer for a blue print of the car. This includes everything on the car plus options. Take the printout and shop around. The car dealer would lower their price before you even open your mouth.
