Midwest Toyota in Hutchinson, KS sold me a V6 limited 4x4 w/ a 3rd row seat for $500 over invoice plus the Toyota Dealer Advertising fee of $425. It'll take 10 weeks to come in. Looks like Fitzmall doesn't pass along the TDA, but from previous posts, it sounds like it's a legitimate charge. They were very good to deal w/--also gave me a very fair price on my trade-in. |

We ordered a rav4 limited 2wd,4 cyl, last night at Capitol Toyota in Salem, OR. Sales manager offered $500 under msrp and we settled at $1,000 under. He said that the new allocations are arriving at dealerships today and he will try to locate what we want since the 2wd does not come to this area. He will probably have to order one since we ordered the leather seats, moon roof, heated seats, stereo upgrade, and extra airbags....expect that most that order this configuratation will want the V-6 and/or the 4wd. We've enjoyed our MDX because of the improved visability, so we decided on a second suv and want the 30 mpg with regular gas with the RAV4 Like cynthia8, these message boards have been very helpful to us in our decision to purchase both our MDX and the RAV4 |

My best proposal on a Rav4 Limited, 4 Cylinder, 2WD, with leather, sunroof, side curtain airbags, daytime running lights, auto dimming mirror, third row seat is $25,000 in St. Louis. Is this a good deal?

Does anybody know what the 2006 RAV4 dealer holdback is? Intellichoice is telling me it is just $20 (sounds too low), and edmunds has a stale indication of 2% of base MSRP. Also, do you know of any current incentives to the dealer? I am trying to figure out the true cost to the dealer. I am in New York. Specifically looking for the base, 4cyl, 4WD model.
