I just signed papers for walk-out price of 2008 Rav4-Limited-4CYL-2WD with: •JBL-AM/FM 6Disc Changer •Moonroof •Leather Seats/Interior •Seat Warmers •Carpet Mats And walk-out price with TTL and all dealer fees of $26,268. The sales tax was 7% (included in this price). Is that a good deal here in Atlanta, GA? |

What should one be paying for a 2008 RAV4 4x2 limited with jbl stereo/bluetooth, tow package, moon roof, side molding?

Hello, A friend asked me to find the best deal on an '08 RAV4. I have had great success with the Edmunds site before, but for some reason I have trouble pricing this SUV out on Edmunds.com. I don't see all the options and even if I plug in something close to what I need, I still don't get the invoice cost. So I could use some help with knowing the approximate invoice for the vehicle with the following equipment: 2008 RAV4 4x4 3.5L V6 Limited 5 Speed Automatic Option D JBL 6 changer in dash CH changer with satellite radio cap. MP3 / WMA capability, hands free phone / bluetooth 9 speakers including subwoofer 50 state emissions Daytime running lights Driver and front passenger heated seats Leather trimmed seats Power / tilt moonroof with sunshades Exterior: Black Interior: Taupe Leather All weather mats MSRP $30662 Sure would appreciate any info in the invoice price of this vehicle and what a good deal would be. I've discussed the hitch with the trailer mechanics who does repair and maintenance on my boat trailer and has installed Tow Hitches and wiring on my old Volvo. The trailer wiring harness has to be special because the Rav4 has LED tail and brake lights. My trailer guy says the boat trailer wiring has to be wired from the battery and can't be spliced from the existing wiring in the rear of the Rav4. Perhaps you should check to see if the wiring you're having installed handles the LED rear lights on the Rav4 properly. The wiring harness alone, aftermarket , goes for about $160. The MSRP on the RAV4 Hitch is $399. If the wiring is included at that price it seems to me it would be worth having it installed by Toyota. Hopefully they would install it properly. The Special Color I'm getting is Blizzard Pearl, I'll try to see if I can avoid the special paint charge. Thanks for the tip. |
