Replying to: surfgermany (Feb 21, 2009 11:26 am) Could you send me the numbers from your sales receipt as I am in the market for the same car. If need be I would drive to Vriginia to pick it up if they give me the same price. I just want to see what the Sales receipt looks like. Did you price the 4 cylinder version as well and if so what price were you able to negotiate for the 4 cyl. I drove the 4 and 6 and there is a huge difference ... the 6 sounds so much better ... Please send the info for the sales receipt if you dont mind to frankp118 Thanks, Frank

Hi there. I am new to this forum but I have been reading a lot of it lately. I am currently looking at a 2008 Chevy Malibu. It is one of the last one left in the area. It is a white LT 1LT with mats, boding molding, and convience package. They are giving me the $2750 rebate right now. Do you think that if I can get this car at Invoice ($21816) that I should take it? The MSRP is $22,658. Should I try to get a lower price? What is everybody's thought? If I don't go with this then I will be paying $1,500 more to get an 2009 model.
