I was offered a XC70 today (metallic paint, satellite radio pre-wire, booster, climate and premium) for 33,675. MSRP was 40,540...this was in Warwick RI. Any idea how to drive the price down a little?

Here are the basic details of the car:   20,000 miles Heated leather seats Moonroof Pre-Certified Warranty   They are asking $33,000, which is too much, but how much should I reasonably expect to pay for a car like this?
