Lithia Nissan of Medford Oregon (Lithia is a pretty large network of dealers).   Quote for 08 KC SE 4x4 V6 auto with VTP: $18,709   According to Edmunds: MSRP + destination charge: $25,260 invoice + destination charge: $23,691   Another bit of info: A different dealer rejected my offer that included a $5,000 reduction for a "Nissan-to-dealer incentive for 2008 truck quota" and said "we aren't going to meet the quota."   It looks like there may indeed be a $5,000 incentive that some dealers may receive.   Happy shopping!   -- Paul
