Employee pricing + 0%?? by koboko

I got an email from a Chrysler dealer here in the chicago area talking about 0% 60month financing + employee pricing. Has anybody else heard anything about this, and how does one go determining employee pricing? I'm interested in a Spring Special Edition T&C or DGC. Thanks.

2006 T&C SWB for 14,985 by may100

I was offered a 2006 Town and Country Basic (no options) for
14985.00 plus 140.00 title and admin fee. Any thoughts on this deal (and any idea what kind of MPG I can expect with the smaller engine).

Thanks

I don't know about the smaller engine, but I get 25 highway with mine easily...3.8 v6. Sounds like a great price though!!

Thanks for the mpg info. I actually ended up with the New 2006 T&C SWB for 14895.00 plus 100.oo admin fee. Only have 380 miles on it but very happy with ride and room. Milage seems fairly poor at this point with around 14 city and 19 highway (two half fill ups). I wonder if a person could not pick up a pair of 2nd row bucket seats at a salvage yard to replace the bench. Be nice to swap them back and forth as needed.

Side Airbags on the Spring Special Ed. T&C OR GC? by hof

It's not clear to me whether you can get side airbags on the Spring Special Edition (2006) Chrysler Town & Country or Dodge Grand Caravan. I looked at all the local dealers' inventories and could not find any with side air bags. Also, the options code for the Spring special edition is confusing. Some sites have it listed as 29P, some as 29S, and some as either. What's the difference?

Can the Spring Special Edition still be ordered (mid June 2006)?

Thanks

As far as I know you cannot get the moonroof with side air bags. since the Spring Special edition includes the moonroof, I'd say no dice on the side air bags.

The 29P is the Signature Series which has a little bit different content (and IMHO better value) than the 29S Spring Special Edition.

Prices Paid for a 2006 T&C Touring or Limited by vanbuyer2

I am interested in possibly purchasing a 2006 T&C Limited. Has anyone purchased one with the employee pricing? Just curious as to what one with a DVD player would come down to.

Alternatively, I am thinking about a Touring with side airbags, DVD, and leather (maybe the luxury group too but not sure about that package).

Anyone buy one lately??

I did not buy a T&C touring, but did buy a Grand Caravan SE, in June. At that time, dealer was really hungry and gave me employee pricing PLUS $4000 rebates PLUS another $750 owner loyalty rebate (had to prove I own a Caravan now). This deal ended up being a about $7.1K off MSRP, for a van that had an MSRP of $26640.

Deals may be actually not as good in July as they were in June, as the rebates have actually gone down.
