I don't have a lawyer but if you have a legitimate grievance and do not do anything, big companies get the dollars everytime. I plan on sending a letter vs. asking to speak to a manager.

Does anyone know how I can find Chrysler employee pricing so I can see what the employee pricing should be through this AARP program.
Thanks!

It is a great time to be buying. Salespeople very helpful, eager to deal.

We're picking up our 09 T&C Touring w/25L package for $25750 out the door, MSRP $33,750. We are supposedly receiving employee pricing, although we are not employee or related.

Hi - we are very close to purchasing an 08 T&C - Signature Series. I followed your link and got a slightly lower price than we negotiated - what exactly is this site and how does it work? Thanks so much for any help you can provide.

Greetings, dear friends. Walked into a dealership in Southern California today. Excellent service. No pressure. No "sales" gimmicks. Selected a Touring with package 25L plus AJB (Security Group) and ANF (Premium Group).

MSRP: $37,215
Final price being offered: $27,974

Good deal? Go for it? Try to get them to come down a bit more? I was hoping to get the 3yr 0% APR, but they can't offer it with this price. Also, is it worth taking the gamble to see if I can get a better deal in 4-6 weeks?

My brother (the "car guy" in my family) is insisting that I consider, instead, an '08 Honda or Toyota, with comparable options. He reasons the Japanese cars will retain more of their value.

Please advise. Thanks.

I'm getting approx 14.5 mpg city and 17 mpg highway with my 2008 T&C. I have approx 2900 miles on the speedometer. I am very disapointed that it is so much lower than the EPA estimate.

i think technically you have 3 days to take it back less the wear and tear and mileage. check your contract. but since the dealers were closed today, you'd have until tomorrow. i'd check it out...

Even if you lose 4000,,it is definetely worth it .Chrysler minivans are so inferior compared to Honda or Toyota. I drove all 3 of them and the difference was so obvious right from the drive to the interior. You probably would lose 4k but its OK,,,bcos if you wait 1 or 2 more years you wont even get 50% of the value of the trade. They have horrible resale values. Also they have lots of minor nagging problems.
If you absolutely want a new one,,,go in for a toyota. It`s quieter than the Honda. But test drive both before making a choice as it comes down to personal preference. You won`t go wrong with either.
If you dont mind used cars,,I would suggest you go in for for a 1 or 2 year old toyota/honda bcos that way you wont lose a lot of money for a very low mileage used car.You could get a loaded version too instead of just the base no frill models.
Hope this helps.
