| Just warning potential buyers to stay away from the Cherry Hill Triplex if you're looking for a Grand Caravan. I almost purchased a used 05 Grand Caravan w/23k miles but was treated horribly. First, they lied to me about the price of the car. They have it listed on Autotrader for 18,000 but when I asked what the price was he told me it was 23,000. After I spent 45 minutes talking them to 16k, and having their sales manager reluctantly agree to the price. Then they would not tell me what interest rate I was going to get and told me to wait for when they have the paperwork. When it came, they added a 7yr warranty and gap insurance to the cost of the car(up to 21k from 16) without consulting me and tried to tell me that an 8.1 rate was the best they could give me.( my credit is 825). Then when I told the finance manager that I would not buy the car at that price he ripped up the paperwork and threw it in my direction. Needless to say I did not purchase the car from them. STAY AWAY from the CHERRY HILL TRIPLEX, dont waste your time. | |

I am considering a new Caravan or Grand Caravan in the near future and may be able to make use of a Chrysler employee or family/friends of employee pricing arrangement. Anyone know what this pricing structure is for Caravan/Grand Caravan? Is it some % off invoice, plus the current existing rebates, or what?

| I am looking at purchasing a 2006 Grand Caravan SXT (fully loaded, MSRP $33,700) for 28,000 (0% financing). I'm hesitant to go ahead and do this before the rumored July 1 announcement by Chrysler about its summer employee pricing/financing incentive. However, isn't employee pricing typically several percentage points below invoice? Not sure I'll get a better deal by waiting; in fact, could lose out on the deal. Any thoughts/advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated! | |

Replying to: tiger74 (Jun 29, 2006 10:17 am) Dealer tells me the new Chrysler promotion starting July 1 is somewhat smoke and mirrors for Caravan, as they will be advertising employee pricing for all, but are actually reducing the rebate! I might just pull the trigger on this deal today or tomorrow, just have to feel them out about what they will give me on trade, or I might sell our old Caravan privately. |

Hi. I am considering purchasing a Caravan SXT and want to check to see if my first price quote is in the ballpark of being a good deal. Or, maybe I should wait until July to see what is coming then. Here is what I have: New 2006 Caravan SXT Options: Popular equipment group I Supplemental side curtain air bags, all rows Passenger side sliding door The destination charge brings it to $25,430 for the MSRP. I have a price quote of $18,683. That is before taxes, fees, etc. It seems like a pretty good deal but I don't know what kind of deals have been made over the past few months. I will check through the forum on that. Thanks in advance for your input.
