We are looking at used '05-'07 2.5i Outbacks. I was wondering, are we better off getting an older one (with expired warranty) or a later model (with active warranty) if the later years were registered as rental cars on Carfax? Took e calls (I needed a part right away). I wasn't very impressed with them either.
