I have the same question! How about January vs. December?

Typically the cash back will only increase at the very end of that model year, and even then it doesn't always happen. An increase in incentives in Dec or Jan is not common, at least if the past few years are any indication.

Pulled the trigger this weekend after searching around for a while.

Got the Diamond Gray with the charcoal leather interior. Came with the Homelink mirror. What a fun car to drive!

Paid $24,650 after rebates and incentives.

I got it at Carr Subaru in the Portland, Oregon area. I was pleased with the internet purchase process: it went relatively painlessly including the trade-in.

One question, though: I hooked up my iPod via the connector in the armrest and it played fine. However, I was under the impression that I would be able to control the iPod via the buttons on the dash stereo (i.e skip songs, etc.) Haven't figured that out yet. Any suggestions?

2007 Ouback 2.5 XT Ltd. pricing by seabrook7039

I've been looking for a manual Outback with a sunroof and only the XT fills the bill. Looked high and low in Maryland and only one dealership has manual XTs. Both are without any accessories and have the following prices listed: MRSP=$31,620 Invoice=$29,420 Internet_price=$28,020. Then they add on taxes, tags and a $99 processing fee. Internet_price includes current $750 rebate. As the final Internet_price of $28,119 is less than Edmunds' TMV price of $30,271 can yet a lower price be had? Is that processing fee reasonable/common? Also, there are accessories I would like. How should should I factor in the extra dealer cost (vs. the lower factory/port installation charge)? Is it common to have the dealer add accessories like roof light, arm extension and auto-dimming mirror? Thanks-in-advance!

Good job. Does $24,650 include your trade-in? What's the price before TTL? What kind of options are included? Thanks!

The $24,650 did not include the trade-in nor TTL: license fees are an additional $238 and we don't pay sales tax here in Oregon.

The only option I got was the homelink mirror. Everything else (leather seats, auto transmission, 6 cd changer, moonroof, etc.) was included as part of the limited package.

$99 processing fee seems reasonable for MD and $28020 for XT manual is a fair price. Since MT supply is very low, it is hard to get any comparative quotes. Instead of haggling on the car price, I would ask them to throw in a couple of accessories for free. If you are handy, you can install most accessories yourself. It is not very complicated. You can also buy accessories online at a discount price.

Ok, sounds fine to me. But installing accessories could be a bit tricky...any web sites to help on that score?

Most accessories come with installation instructions. You can also find instructions on sites that sell Subaru accessories like subarupartsforyou.com, subaruparts.com and 1stsubaruparts.com. If you run into issues, you can always seek help from subie enthusiasts sites like edmunds, nasioc, scoobymods, legacygt.

Hi - I'm in the market for a 30 month lease on an 07 Outback 2.5i. I've never leased before and would appreciate a ballpark fair price. We are in the Seattle area. Thanks,

Trevor
