$200 under invoice, nice! Any tips or comments on how you got them that low?

Tint is worth $200 at least. The 2 years' maintenance adds up to at the very least 4 oil changes, or roughly $88 at my dealer. Figure another $300 or so in discounts due to the value-added.

Congrats.

in the market for a XT, previous car got totalled so need to buy a car soon. Done quite a bit of research and think the XT will satisfy my taste buds although my other car has blue tooth and it'd have been nice to have that here.

Any prompt help 'd be very helpfull. I am in the northern cali/folsom area.

When calling around check Reno as well.

Many of my friends, when buying a new model, not just Subaru, have saved more than a few hundred driving over the pass...

No problem at all!

Don't worry, even in Nevada they are quite used to handling it. Works the same as if buying in Sac, they collect and send it all in.

Well, of course!

The Nevada Sales Tax is the same as California's, 7.75%. They either collect it and give it to California, or you would have to pay it yourself, and of course they would report the sale, and California DMV would tell the Franchise Tax Board.

I see

Now I am starting to wonder though if the base version would be enough for us since we don't need to use premium gas. So does anyone have any price comparision in California for the X premium vs. the XT.?
