I negotiated in the price the 7 yr/100K warranty. Let them know you are shopping other dealers and don't be afraid to walk out. Use this line as you walk out the door: "At least the Buick LaCrosse floor mats won't kill me." They know GM and Ford are giving cars away and the Buick is a strong competitor.
