Wanted to get this out there for anyone looking for a GREAT DEAL in Chicago area. I live in Omaha NE and tried purchase a 07 TL with out nav at my local dealership for 1500 below invoice based on the discussions that I read on this forum. They said that it wasnt possible. I contacted several dealers around the midwest and finally ended up purchasing from McGrath Acura in Westmont. Spoke with Mr Unger and purchased a 07 TL no nav for 29848.00 total cost out the door. (plus tax title license). I flew to Chicago last night they picked me up at the airport took me to the dealership and a hour later I was driving my new TL.

Is $35,200 (before TTL and using Honda financing) a good price on a 2007 TL-S? I am trying to get the dealer to come down another $1,000 or so since the 08's are out. What do you all think? I am in South Jersey area. Thanks,

on a lease or a purchase - are the deals better on 07s or 08s?

would I be able to work a sale price of an 08 at the same as an 07? or are they dealing more on the 07s?

i can lease or purchase - whichever makes mor sense. the lease deals seem to have been better int he past..but can you get the same financing rates on 07s and 08s?

as far as I know, the 07s and 08s are identical correct? is there any reason, aside from price/residuals/etc to get an 08? it won't be a "better" car..it's the same as an 07...

Does it include Protection Package?
$29848 is already $200 below invoice.

I'm been comparing prices within a 300mile radius. I got two dealers in dallas to goto $31518 OTD w/o TTL.(with 2.9% or $1500) I went with $1500, so my OTD w/o TTL was $30018!!! I ended up buying in Oklahoma city's only Acura dealer for that same price with a pro-pack (wheel locks & trunk mat) b/c they match, after a little convincing that I was willing to drive. I think I did okay, but if you are planning to buy wait a week or two. After the deal the sale guy told me '08 are coming very soon. This may mean more incentive, or dealer willing to under invoice!!!

Thank you for your postings. This weekend I purchased a TL (no navi) from McGrath Acura in Westmont Illinois. It was a nice experience and they matched the lowest posted price. Plus, they had a large inventory to choose from. My local dealer only had two color choices.

I could not find TMV info on the 2008 TL with Nav on Edmunds. I am located in Bucks County, PA 6% sales tax on purchase and 9% on lease. I am not good a buying cars. I am a salesman to boot. I get lost in the money factories and residual. Simply stated, I would like to lease a new 2008 TL with NAV..black on black. I will not put anything down on the vehicle except first month, tags and titles. Can you or anyone help me understand what a good deal would like like on a monthly payment for a 36 month with 12K miles per year with Top Tier 1 credit (credit is like 799)? Thank you.
