Jeffhou.... for what I have read in the past, it seems that a few dealers in Houston can give you pretty good deals sometimes. I bought my TL w/Nav 2 weeks ago from Vandergriff Acura in Arlington, TX...Dallas area. Price was $32700 with an OTD of $35000, including tinted windows and wheel locks. I did research different dealers in Houston, Austin, Dallas, and San Antonio, and all of them were $33000 over... it seems like Dallas dealers are more competitive though (at least that was 2 weeks ago). I had a good experience with this dealership and I'm happy with my TL.

I think that I want to lease my (soon to drive) TL ... I would like to trade in my wife's Civic that she had for only one year. I am in NJ
What are some good lease deals for a TL w/ Nav; 15,000 miles.
Also, how is the best way to go in to trading in the Civic EX w/ 16,000 miles in good condition?

Not sure about the trade question but for a 15K lease on a TL w/Nav I got $459/mth with $2k down at Bridgewater Acura last week. Other quotes I received were much higher. I dealt with the younger guy in the Internet Department.

Gillman sent out an e-mail that states that they will beat any Houston Deal by $500. It said that it is for today only.

Acura of Concord (Bay Area) called me at the end of June, and told me that have to sell 20 cars that day. If they treated me better a week earlier, they would have had 19 cars to sell. Acura of Marin said they would beat any price, and they did.

Easy answer for that one. Prices paid may vary. Each deal is dependent on so many factors. How long a particular car has been on the lot...what color is it (more popular colors will demand higher prices...law of supply and demand)...how many cars has the salesperson sold in relationship to his compensation incentives...etc.
Prices indicated here should be used as guidance...and not absolute pricing.

Never get pushed into an offer which indicated 'good for today only'. If they have what you want at the price you want...then fine. But don't allow time limits to compromise your position.

I agree with drhead. I have asked Gillman for their offer in writing and they will not provide it. I refuse to drive an hour and not know the deal is good and get rushed into a today only thing paying more.
