Replying to: acuracyclist (Nov 06, 2009 5:43 pm) I received quotes from SoCal dealers for a 2010 TL SH-AWD, 6SPD (MT) + TECH + HPT for $40895 + TTL. This is about $200 over invoice. Without the HPT it's about $1000 less - comparable to your experience. I think this is a reasonable price, especially with the 1.9%APR for up to 60 months (not 36 months like before). I am sure you can wait for more incentives to come but the special financing may not be available. But if you are paying cash then it may be worth it to wait. I am planning to finance the whole amount and put that money else where the interest rate may be higher i.e. mortgage, CC... I am just waiting for the local dealer to have the color I want allocated to its location. All the dealers have now are black. I looked at the 6spd(MT), but each dealer seems to only have one or two, and they told me they would be able to agree to a better price on (AT), because the (MT) is so new and there are so few of them now.   $200 over invoice this early in the season without any factory to dealer money seems pretty good. I will make some calls and send some emails this weekend to see if i can get a SH-AWD (AT) + Tech for close to invoice, which would put me in the mid $38k +TTL range, i believe. So I am sure you can probably push for invoice or even below if you try (given the hold-back factor that the dealers get). Good luck! Let us know how you do. Eventhough I have not signed anything, personally I am committed to the quoted price since the saleman was really nice and he's willing to work with me on locating the color that I want. Now I am waiting to see if he'll hold up on his end of the deal. Since these 6 SPDs are so limited, I am sure you have heard stories about dealers selling the car earmarked for one customer to another that purchased the same car at a higher price.

I am in LA and found the dealership around the area. 2009 TL Black on Black SHAWD Tech pack with 19" summer tires   This was the offer.   Vehicle price was $38,100 + TTL   $5000 down 1.9% interest rate $655 / month   Should I get this or wait until December? I am worried to wait cuz the colors I like will be long gone by then....'

I've got few quotes for 09 yesterday,help me pick best option.I'm in NY-upstate area. I originally wanted 09,AWD w/Tech but none availalbe in nearby dealers.   09 Tech FWD-33,700+TTL. 09 Base AWD-35,200+TTL.   Given the snowy weather here,I wanted to get AWD,although i'm driving fwd alitma for past 4 years w/o any major disaster, I wanted to know if FWD owners (in aera with moderate to heavey snow) are comfortable driving this vehicle in snow.How's stock tires performance on snow? OR...should I pick AWD base.   I compared & really wanted to get Tech for all bells/whistle but can you owners (of base & tech) give your opnion that if it's worth going for ?   Also, Most IMP...whoever bought in Nov09 sofar, did ACURA pulled off their 1.9% financing offer from table?
