Replying to: achadha1 (Oct 25, 2009 3:22 pm) Thanks achadha1. The dealer I went to only have 1 2009 TL left and it was a demo Base w/ Tech package that has 5k miles. I got a quote for $33,800 +TTL and I offered them $33,500+TTL but they said they won't go any lower. I got another quote for 2010 Base for $33,600+TTL. I'm not sure which one has a better deal. Replying to: litoturto (Oct 26, 2009 3:56 pm) 33.6 for an 09 w/tech is not a bad price. If they will certify it so you get an extra full year of warranty it would be a pretty good deal. There are several base w/techs in the Chicago area with 3k or less miles and they are asking $34995 and they are certified.

Replying to: litoturto (Oct 26, 2009 3:56 pm) Tough call there. I paid 34.5 back in August for the 09 Base with Tech and it was brand new. That price might not be bad if they throw in the warranty. Is it true that all the TL get free state inspection every year as long as you own the car??? or it's only in PA dealers because a couple dealers in Philly area said they will give me free state inspection as long as I still own the car.

I just bought a 2009 base TL for $32K before TTL. I probably could have negotiated a little better for a few hundred more, but I got what I wanted for my trade, and the dealership had the color combo (royal blue/taupe) that I wanted. Otherwise I would have had to go out of state (and several hundred miles) to get that combo. I love the car so far, but was sad to let my '96 Infiniti I30t go. I seriously considered the G37x, but it just seemed a little too snug for me.

I bought a 2010 Grigio Metallic/Taupe Base w/ Tech on 10/31. I wanted the wheel locks and splash guards, so the dealer added the dealer pak w/ those plus trunk tray (MSRP on that package is 444). Price I paid was $35.7k plus TTL, total just over 39k out the door.   I did get quotes for the same thing in an '09 at just under 34k, so I'm OK with the deal.
