Sounds like a good price to me, the longer your wait the less selection there will be. The MSRP is near 34K. The new Consumer Reports is not too keen on the 09 vs the 08. I paid 33 for my S in April so I say you should be happy.

Anyone purchase the 09 TL w/out tech? I have a quoted offer of 32,134 for the base model with the spoiler and side trim molding. Seems like a good price, any opinions?
