Wow! People who have dreamed of owning a Hummer will finally be able to buy one. I have suspicions this will be built on the TrailBlazer, Envoy, Bravada, Ascender, and Rainier platform but who knows. Anyone else know anything about this vehicle?

| Officially GM still hasn't given the green light on it yet. Unofficially it will be based on and built next to the colorado at the Shreveport Louisiana plant with a target price of 30-35k. | |

| Edmunds confirmed this. | |

"H3 ''is not an approved product program,'' and there's no deadline for a decision, says Hummer spokeswoman Heather Hall." "Mike DiGiovanni, the head of GM's Hummer division, told Reuters in an interview that the H3 has not yet been fully approved. "If all things remain equal, we don't have some negative economic downturn, I think John's comments are accurate; it will fall shortly after the SUT (H2 sport utility truck). It's proceeding very well." John's comment: "GM CFO and Vice Chairman John Devine confirmed during a Prudential Securities conference in New York that GM will build the Hummer H3" The PM sketch is the first sketch and IMO the ugliest, but it looks like the removable fender flares will make it to production. More sketches at www.hummer3.net/index2.html I REALLY like MTs sketches, hopefully the production H3 will be very similiar to them. |

| Thanks for the pic. I don't care for it much; i don't cladding or the fact they only show the low production SUT version. | |
