carsdirect invoice is different by rviradia
Jan 30, 2005 (10:14 pm)
The carsdirect invoice is a little higher then msn & edmunds in my area (atlanta), here's what they say, is this under-coating or real?

"An estimate of these manufacturer to dealers fees (such as an advertising fee) is provided for each car and is added to the Invoice to make this
figure as accurate as possible. We make this estimate for most cars in most regions, there are some regions and vehicles for which we do not have
estimates of these fees.

For this model, we have added $536.63 to the Invoice to represent these fees."

Can anybody (rx 330 owners) share the actual city/highway estimates for this car. How real is the 18/24 number?

Since this topic is specifically for pricing/purchase info, your question will get more attention from current owners in our regular Lexus RX 330 discussion.

how the sale tax calc., based on county? by buyerinca
Feb 01, 2005 (8:53 am)
Hello, All:

I'm shopping RX330 2005 now. I'm in North California. From this forum, it looks the dealers at South California having good deals. If the sale tax rate at South CA is 7.75% and North CA is 8.25% (San Jose), when I buy the RX330 at South CA, will the sale tax rate 7.75% or 8.25%?
Of course, I will register my car at address of North CA.

multiple security deposits (msd) by howard2

Im curious to get some people experience leasing putting down msd's. What kind of real world effect do they have on your payment? During negotiation, when do you bring it up? Ive been looking at a loaded rx(awd/nav/etc..msrp ~44k) and wanted to see if anyone has any thoughts.
